Game 1 (Dev Team)

The Development guys have just played our very first game. And it was a great game.
As the sun was going down, and the temperature was dropping into the mid twenties, our guys hit the water in earnest for the first time.
Playing in a full sized pool, (30m) in front of a small but enthusiastic crowd, Toby won the first swim off, and the game got exciting from there. By the end of the first quarter, our boys were 1 nil down, perhaps a little tired after a 2 1/2 hour training session earlier today. But by half time, we were 2:1 up, and this didn't change until the fourth quarter.
At full time, the score was 4:2 to us. Goals were scored by Tom M and Reuben S, Harry and Toby. Reuben S won 2 swim offs and there were a couple of great steals from Jack. The team played with brains and effort, and really did play as a team. A great first effort.
