Fri 6 Jan Depart Akld 0700 SA7063. Fly via Sydney and Jo’burg to arrive Durban at 1905. Transfer to The Beach Hotel for a 7 night stay; 5 nights for the boys.
Sat 7 Jan Training at Clifton Pool.
Sun 8 Jan Training at Clifton Pool.
Mon 9 Jan Morning training; afternoon visit to Ushaka Marine World.
Tues 10 Jan Morning visit to the Natal Sharks Board for a tour. Training in the afternoon.
Wed 11 Jan Morning training session. Afternoon Match 1 vs local Durban Club Side. Boys then transfer to Clifton College for a 2 night billet.
Thur 12 Jan Morning with host families or training session. Afternoon Match 2 vs Clifton College.
Fri 13 Jan Collect boys at Clifton School after breakfast. Depart for Hluhluwe Game Reserve for a one night dinner, bed and breakfast stay at Hilltop Reserve. Game drive from 1700 to 2000 followed by dinner.
Sat 14 Jan Morning game drive followed by breakfast. We then head for King Shaka Airport after breakfast for 1710 flight to Cape Town; arriving Cape Town 1910. Boys will transfer straight to Wynberg Boys High School for 2 nights billeting; adults check in at Groote Schuur High School Hostel.
Sun 15 Jan Morning at leisure with host families – adults free time. Afternoon Match 3 vs WBHS.
Mon 16 Jan Boys collected at WBHS at 0900. Training session till 1100. Then depart for 1200 Robben Island trip. Late afternoon boys transferred to SACS for a two night stay.
Tues 17 Jan Morning trip up Table Mountain. Afternoon Match 4 vs SACS.
Wed 18 Jan After breakfast collect the boys at SACS and head for Newlands Rugby stadium for a tour of the Rugby Stadium, the Sports Science Institute, SA Rugby Museum and Newlands Cricket stadium. Thereafter a training session at SACS.
Afternoon at leisure; possible beach time at Camps Bay Beach. Late afternoon transfer to Bishops College for a 2 night billet.
Thur 19 Jan Morning at leisure to explore the Waterfront. Afternoon Match 5 vs Bishops College.
Fri 20 Jan Collect boys at Bishops at 0900 and head out on a full day Peninsula tour including Hout Bay Seal Island boat trip, Boulders Beach penguin Colony and Cape Point. Boys and parents check in at Cape Suites (to be confirmed) for a 3 night stay.
Sat 21 Jan Free day; leisure time at the beach; or some last-minute souvenir hunting.
Sun 22 Jan Morning - Match 6 vs Reddam; possible mini round-robin Tournament.
Mon 23 Jan Mid-morning transfer to Cape Town International Airport. Depart Cape Town 1315 SA334.
Tue 24 Jan Arrive Akld 2335 NZ108 (from Sydney, also via Jo’burg).
